Shipping method has to be chosen before user has to enter his address

Hi there,

I am running VM2.0.1e and J2.5.1.
Everythings seems to work fine.

The only issue I can see is that the first page of the summary of the shopping cart shows the message "change shipping method". When you click on the link, no shipping method can't be selected the page is just blank.
I guess it's because at this step the user has not yet entered his mailing address and so VM2 can't know which shipping method to choose.

Is there a way to remove the "change shipping method" link before a user has entered a mailing address because it is super confusing for users (I had a few calls already regarding this prob)?
