payment metodh dont' show PAYMANT_STANDARD_EXTRA_ INFO on front-end

Hi!

Theres 2 issues that i thing are related:

1- When I' am a register user and buy one product. Firstly I have to choose shippment and method payment. And when I choose, for example, bank transfer, and go to checkout, and confirm, then appears the message : !Thank you for your order! In that page(task=confirm) I see ;
payment method: TRANSFERENCIA BANCARIA
Order number: c4722408
Amount: 16,00 €

But there isn't the account-number for the bank transfer:

This Information for the bank I configurated on back-end joomla, on virtuemart payment method: I select - VM Payment,standard and on the configuration I put the bank information.
This information must view on front-end, yes?

And 2 - When I receive the automatic mail from order, like a register user, when I go to the page link and


There I can see my order information but Shippment and payment method don't show any configuration.

Can you help me please?
