Pay Pal payment method and no shipping

Hi, i know that for sure i'm not alone in the virtuemart2 world

This is quite a very common scenario: virtual products (no downloable) -> not shippment.

1) I've been looking around for some while to know how to avoid the shipment, I cant find this at the wm2 admin, for sure i'm missing just some very hiden menu

2) I'm using Pay Pal as a payment method, this means I just need the registered user to on checkout to be redirected to the Pay Pal site, no more information than the one is already provided by the registered user. So, how can i hide the "Bill To" info whenever the user is at the Cart view??? Do I have to hide it overiding the template? Any other solution?

I don't have this issue but I have see it talked about and for some solved in the forums.
