can I have more than 1 path for images?

Hi
I am just trying to setup Virtuemart for the first time.  I notice that all images go into the product folder.  my question is can you have more that one folder to store images? ie set1 , set2 set3 etc or have they got to go just into the product folder?

Complete novice with Virtuemart, but willing to learn, even at 64 !

When you prefer to have your own image structur, you can upload your structure into the folders, use synchronize media and it should work. The medias itself have different folders and you can set them in the vm config.
