Need designers+programmer to finish a Joomla/virtueMart based online Store

Looking for a Designer & Programmer (Joomla + VirtueMart + VTiger CRM 5).

Must have experience in following directives and delivering milestones on-time.
Will be working directly with Creative Director and General Project Manager (Mr CK).

We need the shopping cart templates (5-7 pages templates) plus 5 static pages to be customize with our brand identity, posting banners and other information.
On the admin side, we need all the settings on a "GO" mode (shipping, credit card gateway info,etc..)

Job must be completed by January 20th, 2012.

Upon completion of the above job, the second leg will be to customize our VTiger CRM solution with our online store.
