Another calculation (discount) rule & cart display suggestion

Calculation rules defined as DBTax or DATax, which are assigned to a product, are always shown in the cart as "Discount" along with the strikethrough price - even if the "Discount" rule bears a + or +% calculation operator (thus adding a surcharge instead of a discount).

My suggestion would be to split the current DBTax/DATax calculation options into:
DBTax/DATax, which can be set as - or -%. If set by the shop owner, it may display the discount in the cart.
SBTax/SATax (Surcharge Before/After Tax), which can be set to + or +%. If set by the shop owner, the default should be that it doesn't display in the cart.

Concerning the strikethrough prices in the cart - I would eliminate that code completely, because it already displays the discount amount.

The above might be accompanied by corresponding options in the 'Configuration' - 'Pricing' view and renaming "Discount" to "Discount/Surcharge" in a few places.
