ask a question templating problem

Hallo,
sending the message with too short message "COM_VIRTUEMART_COMMENT_MIN_MAX" appear instead of its text.
The problem is in the language file you have "COM_VIRTUEMART_COMMENT_MIN_MAX_JS".

Second problem: once got the message, if I send again the message (without adding any more character to the text and/o any other changes), the message appear sent, but it shouldn't for two reasons:
1. the message is still too short
2. all other fields are empty

I discovered this as I was trying to test "COM_VIRTUEMART_COMMENT_NOT_VALID_JS"
