ask a question popup fails

Hallo,
I'm using J1.7.3 and vm2RC3

ask a question's popup window: sending the message with all empty fields the message appear sent as I reach the thank you page (it shouldn't). In the thank you page, a (green) joomla's style message says "the message was succesfully sent" (it could be different text as I translated it in my own language) while a plain text format error message says "invalid address".
Last message says "Thank you for your question. We will contact you as soon as possible".

Lats but not least, close button doesn't close the popup window.

Mine opens in a new page instead of pop up...

Perhaps a moderator can move this to "General"?
