Paypal Configuration - I Give Up! Im begging you for your help.

Looked for almost a month for a solution on this forum, and can't find anything that works.  I'm just  so tired of dealing with it.  All I want to do is the following:

- Use only the ps_paypal as the main payment method (only the website standard payments option - no API.......no PRO.....because of those options being even more of a nightmare)

- Have the information from Virtuemart to be transferred CORRECTLY to paypal when a customer orders.....to show exactly what each item is along w/ it's description.....as well as any line items describing any sales tax, coupon discounts, and shipping.

-  Have the shipping address to be transferred to Paypal so that I will know where the customer would like for me to ship the item.  Virtuemart is only transferring the billing address to Paypal with no option for the customer to change it or to at least leave me a comment about it.

- If there is a solution, can someone PLEASE list it here??  If not, please be honest and let me know that as well.  I am also WILLING TO PAY someone to get this done for me immediately because I am losing money and I'm frustrated to the point where I'm about ready to dump Virtuemart altogether and go with another shopping cart (which I don't want to do because I've already worked so hard on it).

Probably setup error, PP is not hard to use, My #1  is don't use the sandbox, it causes more problems than it solves and you don't need it.
