User Management, Auto send Coupons for my Store

Hi,

I need a experienced developer that can develop all the next requests for my store running on Joomla 1.5 + Virtuemart + Juga (CMS):

1. Auto add user to a specific JUGA group if his payment status is confirmed for a specific product. This should be made auto.
2. Auto add user to a specific newsletter list if he payed for a specific product. Would be great if we can manage to handle an auto add to the users that already bought some products in the past.
3. Set an auto send gift coupons for the users that spend more than xyz $/year.
4. Set an auto send gift coupons for the users that bought a specific product.


I will prepare a development medium before applying in production. After you develop on the test medium, together will set it up on the production. I don't care if you resolve with free extension or you write new code. I just want a functional solution.
