ok, this is a bit weird.

You might have to get rid of the asc desc button, and use 2 select, 1 with a "post" and not "get"

Could you elaborate more on this please? Thanks!

you could have 2 drop boxes, 1 for ASC and DESC

<select class="inputbox" name="DescOrderBy" id="DescOrderBy">
<option selected=”selected” disabled=”disabled”>ASC or DESC</option>
<option value="ASC" >ASC</option>
<option value="DESC" >Latest</option>
</select>

delete the button

THEN, add that code below

</form>

ALSO: change the code above to be onchange submit, JUST like the other drop down

actually, its going to have to be 2 forms, UNLESS, you want to have a submit button

Just following up here. We don't even have "shop_browse_queries.php" in the 'administrator/components/com_virtuemart/html/' directory.

I've attached an image to prove what I am stating here. We are running Virtuemart 1.1.6.

We cannot upgrade since the original developer made far too many modifications to the the virtuemart component and it isn't worth risking losing those changes.

Ahhhh. Thank you! I realize it was an underscore and not a period in the file name. That seemed to fix it.
