Weddings shop: allow user to set price for "money gift"

I'm looking for a coder who could solve (quickly) a problem:

A weddings gift store needs to build a product category where each product will be a wedding to be celebrated. Each product will represent a real couple that will marry soon. So:

User visits shop, chooses "Incoming Weddings". Selects a couple (eg "John - Mary"), and then is asked to set a price (higher than X) and goes directly to checkount (using paypal)

Also, when shop owner adds a wedding product, he should set a custom message (set by couple) thanking user for "donating" their $ gift. This message will be sent to shoper through mail

Wedding shop also sells real phisical gifts, so take this into account for checkout these different types toghether.

Could this be done? Would require lot of hacking? How much?

Look at the designs I've got which represent the functionality

1) User chooses wedding from list (would be a product list from special category)
