I would like to know what do you think about this desktop application for virtuemart (Virtuemart DataManager (VDM)).

This desktop application is based on Adobe AIR and SOAP WebServices.

You can manage all VM Data (Products, Customers, Categories, VAT ...)
Export Data (CSV, XML)
Import Data
Generate Graphs
Generate Reports

THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK AS DESCRIBED. THEY WON"T REFUND MONEY EVEN THOUGH THEIR PRODUCT DOESN"T WORK PROPERLY!!!! THEY EXPECT YOU TO RECONFIGURE YOUR PERSONAL PROGRAMS AND PERSONAL COMPUTER!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THEY CLAIMED THAT I AGREED TO THEIR "TERMS OR SERVICE" AND GAVE ME A LINK TO IT, AND IT WAS A PAGE THAT SAID "TERMS OF SERVICE", BUT THE REST OF THE PAGE WAS BLANK...JUST LIKE THIS PRODUCT, WORTHLESS!!!

This customer wanted different CSV separator, we implented it
