How to Edit Language Manual?

Hello ive the VirtueMart 1.1 and the Rockettheme. I want edit the Languagepack Manually, where i can found the settings for example for Ask a question about this product. I want change Ask a question about this product to Stell eine Frage (German). Can anybody help me please
