Problem installing paypal

Ok I installed the Virtuemart PayPalPro, I did as directed on the installation. But every time I click checkout I get directed to the SHOW-CART.html page, Does anyone know whats wrong? I just want process payment with paypal, is there a common way of doing this? ???
