Where has VirtueMart Export gone?

I started using the service of Virtuemart Expert a couple of months back and had excellent support form them, in particular Thomas. But as of the last 3-4 weeks, no response what so ever. No replies to email, no replies to submitted support requests on their site.

Does anybody know what is going on with them??
