Strange Price Display in Account Order Details

How do you change how the price displays in the Account Order Details? Right now it displays as "USD123.00" (graphic example below). I need to make it display like this "USD $123.00".

How is it set to display in Store->Edit Store? Do you have the $ sign there?

I have the same issue, and have the $ in the Store settings
