feeds not working. libxml not installed?

My RSS feeds are not working, and I was wondering if they relied on a specific library within apache.

The above link is to a top level category, with items in it.

I tried a2enmod libxml but the apache module does not exist. I installed it into the O, and it appeared to be already installed as well as libxml2 and dependencies.

I can't seem to figure out why my feeds are not working.
