I CANT SEE MY SHOP - VIRTUEMART 1.1.2

I Cant find my shop, ive installed virtuemart manually because i couldnt do it automatically, and ive modified it but i dont know how to see my shop.
Its not listed under modules, so I cant publish it, i cant find a mod_Virtuemart.x.x.tar.gz. Its not in the complete package or manual package.

have you also uploaded all of the modules? Once you do then you need to enable the various pieces. I recommend you just get the "all in one" module and install it for starters - that should give you the basics.

where do i get the all in one module, and how do i install it? do i do it through joomla, like an automatic installation
