UPS Rates are Wrong AND won't calculate above 80 lbs.

I think I've solved the < 70lb problem, however there is one bug with it. One service type is acting very funky and therefore I advise anyone who uses it to wait until the bug is cleared up.  See my UPSv2.0 post for details and downloadable files.  I've not solved Rinny's rates being lower than actual real world rates, and I'm waiting for more info to see if there is anything we missed.  If you could try the new code and see if the rates are similar to your real world rates, that would be great.

Awesome! I have tested this a couple different ways, and the shipping prices have gone back to normal, even with items over 80 lbs (even over 100 lbs). Will have to go through and re-do the products to switch the unbundled to the right setting, but, so far so good.
