I am using Test account but they will give error (-2147219490: Invalid value for origin ZIP Code.) i give correct origin zipcode but they give error
i am using this api http://testing.shippingapis.com/ShippingAPITest.dll?

please help is urgent give  me information why this error come.

are you using the strict data they supply for the test? or are you trying to test from your zipcode with your own data?    If you're using the test data they supplied, you might want to contact USPS support. 

If you are using your own data, that's your problem. I did the exact same thing when I set up my account.  Basically you need to do one of two things:
1) use the correct test data, or
2) write to the USPS support email asking what is wrong, who will probably say "congrats you've passed the test...your live account details are blah blah bah...". They did this for me. *grin*
