How do I charge for Insurance/Signature/Different Box Types?

Just trying to figure out how to configure the fedex module to charge for everything listed in the subject.  I am using VirtueMart 1.1.2 and FedEx module 1.0.2.  I assume that's the latest??  It's the one that came with VM 1.1.2.  Any help would be much appreciated!
