How do I change product list order ?

Hi,

I have some childs elements for a product, that shows up in the combobox on the product's page, but I'd like them to appear in a different order, when I use the up and down arrows, or the reorganize option in the admin panel, it's doing nothing at all... 

Somebody knows how to do that ?
