Strange problem
« on: April 24, 2008, 14:16:49 pm »
I add products to the cart and go to checkout.

There are no user logged inn.

Then it seems like VM finds information on a previous test user I had and uses that information, I can't get it to change. Still the same problem on different computer. On step two I receive an error saying that I can't start the checkoutProcess, regarding security issue. This message is off course coming since there is no user really loged in

I deleted all the test accounts, still the same problem.

It works if I log inn with admin on the shop, put items in the cart and goto checkout, everything is fine..

Help anyone?

Security issue warnings are often related to having an incorrect SECUREURL set in VM configuration. Are you closing the browser down between buying test sessions?
Which versions of Joomla/VM?

Yes, I'm closing the browser down, and trying to use booth IE and Firefox.

What could be the problem with the SECUREURL?

I'm not using https.

the SECUREURL is: http://www.nameofsite.no/

Any ideas?

Ok. I have found the solution.

The problem was that a user existed still in the database even if the user was not showing up in the list.

I uses phpMyAdmin to manually delete the users that I used for testing.
