When I test paypal.Paypal to transfer money for Eric Treanor.Who is Eric Treanor?Please help me.I want to money transfer to my paypal.thanks.
What does that meaning:
"test_ipn" => PAYPAL_DEBUG,
"pal" => "NRUBJXESJTY24",
I don't understand,them what for?
