[FIXED] Errors on Joomla 1.5.0

Use
- Joomla 1.5.0 download from http://joomla.org/
- com_virtuemart_1.1.0_nightly (24.01.08)

When I start installation get:

Notice: Undefined variable: option in z:\home\mysite.com\www\administrator\components\com_virtuemart\install.virtuemart.php on line 42

Then enter to the admin panel of VM and get some errors:

OK, I'll refine my statement.

when entering the admin for the first time after installation (I did with sample data - in case relevant) - we get this warning.

after any move (click or even switch views), the warning is gone...


So I guess, the problem comes from the version.php file (strange way to instantiate the class)

Yes, I see it now. I missed the other $VMVERSION error. It was lower down on the screen. I'll look at it tomorrow (unless someone else gets it first).

Install process was successful, but when I click "Install SAMPLE DATA >>" get some errors:

Do a simple forum search...

I install PHP5 and all errors have disappeared.

The $VMVERSION error should be fixed in SVN rev. 1187.

This notice is cleaned up too in rev. 1187. Please test other areas of the store to ensure this particular fix didn't break anything else.

ERROR

i downlad the last version : 1.1.0 beta3

i create a storeadmin account . but .
when i login in site and click on ADMIN in virtuemart module .i redirect to :
http://127.0.0.1:8080/?page=store.index&pshop_mode=admin&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=1
but my site is in http://127.0.0.1:8080/joomla/

i think it is an error in localhost server

can you fix it ? please ?

masih, please don't hijack the thread your issue is different, try installing on a remote server, see if the problem persists
