Free Shipping with more options

Hello everyone,

I have searched the forum, and couldn't find anyone with the same request.

I have set-up'd my shopping cart to offer free shipping for orders over $100.00.

However, I would also like to add in the option for customers to pay for express service.

ie. Ground Delivery: Free
Next Day
2 day shipping
3 day shipping


I have tried to add in different shipping options, but none of them show up, when the order total is over $100.00

I would be extremely grateful for a solution
