Pay Cash for Moneris Gateway

Hi,

I am in need of a Moneris Payment Module/Gateway ASAP.

The API's are here:

I've noticed there have been other requests for this processor (mainly for Canadian merchants),
so I would like to release it into the VM community when completed. Hopefully it can make it's way into the core.
