Issue with Shipping Methods Sorting

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the sorting of shipping methods in VirtueMart 3.8.9 (build 10473) on a Joomla 3 website.

I have configured the order of shipping methods in the backend according to my needs, but the list on the frontend never appears in the desired order. This issue persists regardless of whether I use the default VirtueMart cart or any OPC (One Page Checkout) plugin.

I have tried different OPC plugins and also disabled caching to rule out stored data issues, but the sorting remains incorrect and does not match the settings from the backend.

Do you have any ideas on what might be causing this? Could it be a template override, a missing configuration, or perhaps a file that needs to be adjusted?

Thank you for your suggestion. Reordering the plugins helps to organize the shipping methods into groups, but unfortunately, it only sorts the groups themselves. Within each group, the individual methods remain in their original order, and I am unable to reorder them freely.

Nonetheless, I appreciate your advice, as it partially resolves the issue.
