User registration at extensions.virtuemart.net is not working

For the past two days, I have been trying to register as a new user on the website https://extensions.virtuemart.net to purchase a VirtueMart Membership, but the registration process cannot be completed. Here is what happens during the process:
1. I fill out the registration form at https://extensions.virtuemart.net/my-account.
2. I click the "SAVE" button.
3. The page displays the message: "The entered EU-VAT-ID is valid."
However, no matter how many times I click the "SAVE" button, nothing further happens. I do not receive any confirmation email with login details or instructions to complete the registration. I have attempted this process multiple times using different email addresses but have received no response or progress. Additionally, I cannot create a support ticket to report this issue, as submitting a ticket requires logging in—something I am unable to do without successfully registering.
