Lots of pending orders from customer

Hello,

I have a very strange issue. Sometimes I get a customer in my order list that has a lot of pending orders (5+). I'm not sure why this is happening, a lot of other customers don't have that. So it's just happening sporadically. Does someone know how you can debug this? Or where to look how to see why this is happening?

I use CCIdeal and Virtuemart 4.2.18

It is likely that they are getting to the order payment part and then not completing the payment.  This can create multiple pending orders.

Note that the developer of ccideal sadly passed away a few years ago.

Compatibility between cc products and current J/VM may (have) become an issue.

First time I heard about the passing away of David. That's sad. But updates have still been coming and it's also compatible with J5.1. Not sure about latest Virtuemart. But it seems they are continuing his work.
