What is the future of Virtuemart?

I ask this question for several reasons, I ask this because the forum has fewer and fewer answers that solve problems or the answers are "it's your problem", the documentation is disappearing. So I wonder where Virtuemart is going????.
Don't misunderstand me, it is not my intention to disrespect anyone, although some people may feel offended, if so, I apologize. I just would like to know what is going to happen with Virtuemart.

I'm sure someone will answer that everything works well, well maybe for a group of people it works well, but I also think that many other people will think like me. The vast majority of questions on the forum are unanswered or have 1 answer, which does not solve the problem.

That said, I have paid for 2 subscriptions, I'm not bad with that and it seems fine to me, I would even pay more if it makes the problems solved faster, there would be better support in the forum and better documentation.

On the other hand, I'm not sure what the future is, I can think of some ideas:

You want to make Virtuemart full payment. If that were the case, I wouldn't understand what's happening, since they are losing users, just look at the Virtuemart reviews, which say the same thing I explain here.

The last thing that comes to mind is that the extension is almost dead, they are still trying to maintain it, but for whatever reason it is not possible.

I have a third option, but I don't want to say it, it would be disrespectful and I don't consider it to be the correct one.

I don't think the forum is a good indication of how the Virtuemart Project is going. There has been quite a few improvements this year, as you can see here: https://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/repository/virtuemart/revisions

Some bigger, some minor. And there is more in the pipeline. But some more clarity on what is coming and what is being worked on would be helpful and indeed better documentation / hints&tooltips (for the "expert pricing" for example).

I think the current version, 4.2.12 11012 is stable and I also think it would be good, if this would be the version that everyone can download instead of 4.2.4, which definitely has a few bugs.

VirtueMart is certainly not dead, VM supports for latest stable versions of Joomla and looking at the SVN there is a significant amount of activity and change.

This forum is no indication of active development.

Volunteers answer questions in the forum when they have time.

I hope it continues, I update each version, so I see that they are still working. I hope this doesn't bother the developers, but some problems remain so basic for an online store that I don't know what to say. For example, Paypal has had problems for quite some time, this is the most basic thing in an online store. In my case I have been without Paypal for more than a year, if it were up to me it would not exist because of how problematic it is. But many customers do not make the purchase because they cannot pay through Paypal.
There are external plugins, but for something as basic as payment.....

I think that before spending time on new features, you should finish fixing the remaining problems, starting with the most basic ones until you get at least one basic store working well. There are some more of the payment.

I have installed VirtueMart 4.2.12 11012, I updated it this week. At least the result in the URLs was solved

You will not get any support for VM. No here and not on any ticket.

That's why I asked the question. I waste many hours trying to solve problems, when I no longer understand what can happen I ask a question in the forum, but I rarely manage to solve something :(
