automatic numbers fault in VirtueMart 4.2.10 11010

Hello,

I have a membership (bronze) for virtuemart. So I updated to VirtueMart 4.2.10 11010. Unfortunally the plugin automated number whitch i am also buy from virtuemart.net give a fault on the frontend of the webshop. It shows the plugin details when the customer push the pay button and pay and then return to the orderpage. How can i ajust it?

By the way, i cannot put a question on the forum in the 3 party section. I see nowhere a button to make a message.
