Klarna payment and support

Hi, i need to add Klarna Payments to VM but i get error "500 behavior::colorpicker not found."
I have a paid subscription and i add ticket for that. I get no answer from support if is there any.
Can i use Klarna payments on VM 4 (latest) and Joomla 4 or this payment plugin is with VM installation for no reason.
Why i paid subscription for support and i don't get any answer?

Hello,
VM itself does not ship Klarna as a core payment method. At least, in free version there is no such payment method.
A 3rd party plugin is needed to provide such functionality. Do you have such product?
What version of VirtueMart do you use?

Hi, we have never installed klarna plugin.
These plugin was default payments of VM. I am not sure wich version, i think older.
This website updated from joomla 3 to joomla 4 and Vm was version 3xx.
Now we have latest version installed.
I made subscription to VM and i added ticket to support many days ago but no answer.
For sure this plugin was with VM packahe. You can find it if you search the forum

Here are payment methods which VM 4.2 comes with (default payment methods) after fresh installation:


I downloaded the last version of VM which was released for Joomla 3 only (com_virtuemart.3.8.9.10514 - 22/06/2021) and extracted archive to see what's behind it and there is no Klarna.


Then I downloaded very old version com_virtuemart.3.0.17.2 - the release date is 01/07/2016) and found Klarna and Klarna Checkout inside.


As we see, Klarna is no longer part of the distributive pack for many years and the plugins are hopelessly outdated and cannot be used on VM 4 due to another architecture. And I suppose there were changes in Klarna API too.
I am not sure should VM team provide support to the plugin which is no longer part of the package...
Technically, a new plugin is needed to be developed by someone to meet new technical requirements.

Yes, that is what i mean. It is from older VM version from J3.
So the only  way ito use Klarna is from Stripe?

Well, this way should work since Stripe is a service-mediator allowing to enable additional payment methods including Klarna.
Of course, direct integration is better, but if there is no other way, it's better to use what is exists amongst available solutions.
Buying custom development is possible too, but it will cost extra money.
