Is this version only for "Super Hero"?

Because my account only offers VM version 4.2.4 10922

I propose to create a pinned topic where the latest version of VM for Membership is indicated.

It used to be (assume still is ) that odd numbered versions (4.23, 4.2.5 etc ) were unproven test versions for testers .. when solid they would be offered publicly as 4.24, 4.2.6 etc

Are u using the latest versions as test versions as why would you want an unproven version on a live site?

Be patient..

Or apply to join the Skype VM testers group ( if u are wanting to contribute to the project )

Thanks for explaining about VM version numbers. I didn't know about this.
But the proposal to create a topic with a message about the latest version of VM for members remains valid — it will be useful for members.

Not in the last news. The links bevor got broken, because due a bug, many years ago on j2 or so, we had to enable the ids in the urls. But all pages are updated to j5 and now work without ids.

Btw, the last version for members is always visible in the joomla update. The next way is the news. Any new version has a news usually.
