I want to show Registration option on the Checkout Page also.

You could edit the template to add a message such as "New customers can register by completing the 'Add/edit billing details' "  (or similar).

Alternatively use a one-page checkout plugin, such as https://www.virtueplanet.com/extensions/vp-one-page-checkout
