problem with table _onepage_moss

Hi.
I use Rupostel's one-page checkout.
Today I noticed that the _onepage_moss table is 200MB in size and takes up half of my ddatabase. Can something be done about it? Does anyone have a similar problem? Can I lubricate it?

In the table this is 22532 times:

lol -- then my opinion is delete it as MOSS seems to be a stupid idea that died a natural death thank goodness ..  ( but only after governments and businesses spent a fortune on implementing a system that a 12 year old could have told them would cost more than it would ever raise in revenue)
