the information in the "Patronymic" field disappears

I have such a mistake.
1. The user makes purchases in the store.
2. Presses the "Place an order" button.
3. In the administration panel, the information in the "Patronymic" field disappears from the buyer.

How can this be fixed?

no one answers, because no one has a clue, what it means. If you want to store user fields, you add the field in shopperfields. Just adding it to the template, wont work.
