Attempt to Modify "cartprice On Null Error

Our Vendor account is getting this error when trying to open any orders..  also when trying to run reports plug in we have..  My admin account is fine..  Iv'e searched here but really can't find any info..  Data base is fine from what I can see..    Not sure how to proceed to fix this..  My partner is just using my admin account to do what he does..  so it seems this is a Vendor account Issue..

Found the Issue..  I was away for the month.. and notice my Host Forced the server to PHP 8.1..  went back to 7.4 and all good..   This was on my Joomla 3   Still working the the J4 migration / Rebuild..  well stepped away for now...
