Extra Fields for Registration but not for Guest Checkout

We're developing a new VM site that will offer discounts and custom quotes for admin approved customers, and have the ability for Guest checkout with no discounts or custom quotes. For registered accounts, we need to collect information during registration, but the additional fields should not be displayed for billing details for guest checkout. The additional fields are:
- Industry
- Reseller (yes/no)
  - Resale License #
- Ownership type (corporation, partnership, proprietorship, other)
- Parent Company
- Subsidiary or Division
- Year Established
- At Present Location Since

We would also like to have registered users fill in a Primary Shipping Address during registration.

Does anyone know of VM extension(s) that can accommodate these requirements, or any developers that have the skills to develop these features (paid project)?

I don't know of any extension but it is possible to show different fields and validation by scripting
