Payment changer for customers

Hello, I am looking for something like "payment changer".
If customer choose payment by card, but have some troubles with payment confirmation, he can change payment method on order detail page for example to bank transfer. Who are interested please contact me

In our payment plugin (Gopay) if you have trouble with payment card you can
- select other type of payment on payment gateway (bank transfer, online bank payment, google pay, apple pay...)
- back to shop from payment gateway to last cart and change type of payment

For us is normal function - exist other option?

He mentions the "order detail page" but on cancelling a payment because a card number is rejected would send the shopper back to the cart page.
