This server does NOT suppport auto generating Thumbnails by jpg PHP 7.4

Hello, If I change server php setting to version php 7.4 and when I upload product image VM send me message "This server does NOT support auto generating Thumbnails by jpg" and didn't make thumbnail. In php 7.3 is everthing OK

There were some reports, that the GD Library was not included in the php 7.4 release candidates.
