Payment Plugin - PayTM - Notification Email with Invoice not sent to Shopper

Hi there. There is a payment plugin, specific to India, called PayTM. The Virtuemart Plugin is available from: https://developer.paytm.com/docs/v1/plugins/
This link leads to the Developers page, where the plugin is available.

I've done quite comprehensive testing for this issue. The problem: Automatic Email Notification with Invoice is NOT sent to Shopper. It is however sent to Vendor.

I've checked the forums, and checked the orders statuses to apply on Configuration>Orders page. Everything is as it should be.
Email notification has to be manually sent to Shopper from ORDERS & SHOPPERS>Orders although Status is Confirmed.

The only conclusion i could come up with is the PayTM plugin has a problem. I then added VM-Standard as a payment method as CASH payment method, and voila! Automatic Email Notification was sent to both Shopper and Vendor.

I'm not a coder, and PHP looks like an alien language to me :p

Would any developer be willing to look at the code and solve this for me? Please let me know how much this might cost. and the details you require.
