Connect product details to web service xml file

I have given the above xml format and said to connect it with virtuemart 3.0.8
I use joomla 3.6.4.
How can this connection be made with product variables and other attributes i suppose but how can i do this.?

to import, you can use my other tool https://shop.st42.fr/en/products/vm-be-pro-batch-product-edit.htm but not using an XML but xls,ods or csv file.
Of course it only work with a file. So it depend your needs
