Is it possilbe to setup virtuemart as a shop for b2b and b2c shoppers.

Prices should be different for each group.
tax for both 21% but shop and invoice should be different;
b2c with tax
b2b without but total tax on invoice

Where can I find some info about setup, tax, invoice ?

Using Joomla! 3.9.6
VirtueMart 3.4.2

Thanks,
Pas

Thanks you,

This is pretty clear, but I got stuck on invoice for both groups.
B2B should show price without tax. Total tax only in totals.
B2C should show price with tax included.

Not sure how to configure this in shoppergroup / taxrules?
I have b2b set as tax per bill but not sure if this is right.
can't find any setup config for this.

Thanks,
Pas

I never tried to configue different types for B2B and B2C customers. If you use VAT tax, you can come up with an invoice like this example (you need to be logged in into the forum to see the screenshot): http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=141930.msg503225#msg503225
That one is legally correct for both, B2B and B2C.

hmm. Example shown in link is most often tolerated in Germany for B2C but, it's not really correct.

For B2C customers end price of a product has to be shown. This can never be a net price, it's always including tax (VAT or MwSt in Germany). Showing tax included is another kind of animal.

Edit:
Take a POS and your bill with one position only. Customer looks at price shown and gives amount shown at this very position. Tough luck for you ...
