Shipping Methods - Blocking Categorries

In Virtuemart 3.4.2, in Shipping Methods/Configuration Tab, each method incorporates the two fields "Categories" and "Blocking Categories". In both cases the tooltip is the same - "If one product in the cart is associated to this category then the shipment is enabled".  Am I correct in thinking that for "Blocking Categories" the tooltip should read ".....disabled"? This is a bit more than just a possible typo because it leaves confusion about the purpose of "Blocking Categories".

Please can anyone explain?

This is a typo. You can easily verify that the labels are correct by adding a category you do not want to include, You will see that it works as expected.

Thanks for reporting that, the language variable was the same as for the categories setting above.
Fixed in the next version.
