Override the Price doesnt work - shows costumer the "Cost Price" without VAT

First - iam new in this forum - so hello2all

Our prob..... we have the prob on http://www.jagdprofi.at/shop/wärmebildkameras/nightspotter-tb-42-biocular-336x256-60-hz-detail

It shows the override price correctly but instead of the "Final Price" the "Cost Price" without VAT.

Can anybody help pls.

Not easy to follow what you are saying, but the override price (if used) will be the final selling price, overriding all other price elements.

as Jenks says ..  Over ride price over rides everything - i.e. ignores tax and calc .. it is not recommended to use it .. use tax and calc rules instead

these can be used for specials and discounts etc

but how it works to use the function

New Price on the left - Euro 4000

Old Price on the Right side - was 4300 and is marked with a strike

Every time a used it, the "Old" Price was shown but without the VAT ( ok, thats now clear, was the override everyting).

only think was missing, is the VAT in the "was" Price...

you need to experiment with the various price displays in the admin  -- and/or over ride the sublayout prices.php to get the display u want
