Additional Order Status Stock Effect

Hello

Will you please add a new Stock Handling: "No Effect".

As an example, we have added an order status: Tracking as we send tracking details separately to Shipping confirmations.

However, the Tracking email should have no further effect on the stock position.

Or, is there a better way to handle this?

Hello

If You have the same stock change on Your new status as the status You heve set on the order befire this, no change will occur.
You can also untick update order lines if this is not a good solution, then no change will occur on the order line no matter what the previous status was.

Dont forget to create these language keys:
COM_VIRTUEMART_ORDER_YOUR_STATUS
COM_VIRTUEMART_MAIL_SUBJ_VENDOR_YOUR_LETTER_CODE
COM_VIRTUEMART_MAIL_SUBJ_SHOPPER_YOUR_LETTER_CODE

Thanks for the quick reply, Jörgen.

We have had the 'new status in place for some time but, admittedly, have never actually checked whether or not a further stock adjustment is made.

Our (T)racking status has stock handling: "is removed", which means it is the same as (S)hipped and no further stock adjustment will be made.
