Pop Ups

Hello.
I am looking for a way to add a pop up whenever a person adds an item to the shopping. instead of just showing the integrated cart pop up I would like to show an Item there. Is there any way to do this? or is it asking too much? Please take a look to the link with an idea of what I am trying to say. http://take.ms/zsaGa
