country # 1 currency dollar
country number 2 euro currency

you need to bind the dollar to the product or to the menu item country # 1

euro bind to the menu item or product country number 2

Hi,
I think, you should write a system plugin.
ON language change or first load > currencies change depending your language or a plugin that can set session values depending the menu IDs.
Using a  code in the template need then same in modules, categories or any part of your website displaying price, so it's a poor solution.
